Kingswood Forest LLC is rooted in the idea that where you come from shapes how you lead forward. Our name reflects the journey of our Founder & President, Brian Aquart, from Kingswood Drive in Indiana to Lake Forest in Michigan, a reminder to stay grounded while growing with purpose.
At Kingswood Forest, we help leaders and organizations clarify their voice, strengthen their presence, and lead with strategy. Through consulting, executive advising, and our Storyline by Kingswood suite, we guide clients in shaping narratives that unlock opportunity, build trust, and inspire meaningful impact. Brian A. Aquart
Founder & President
Brian Aquart is a trusted advisor, healthcare executive, business strategist, and host of the Why I Left podcast. As the Founder of Kingswood Forest, he works with leaders and organizations to clarify their voice, strengthen their presence, and lead with strategy. Through his work in leadership development, workplace dynamics, and organizational growth, Brian helps clients unlock opportunities and inspire meaningful impact.
Drawing on a foundation as an attorney, where he addressed complex employment law issues, conducted high-stakes internal investigations, and built people strategies that strengthened workplace culture. Brian now blends that legal, executive, and board-level experience to guide leaders who want to align strategy, storytelling, and performance.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. Whether through Kingswood Forest, his board service, his executive role in healthcare, or his podcast, Brian is driven by one mission: helping people and organizations grow, adapt, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
